Finding a guarantor
Only My Share makes it easier to find a guarantor if you don’t have one readily available to you. This is a big plus as without a guarantor you’ll struggle to get a tenancy.

Common Questions
Why’s it good for guarantors?
Only My Share’s rent guarantee service means that guarantors know their child or charge is protected if their housemates fail to pay rent. Guarantors are often pursued in this instance but with Only My Share you can enjoy peace of mind knowing you’re protected.
What happens if other tenants don’t pay?
If tenants don’t pay their rent, then the landlord will pursue them for it. If you are protected by OMS, you need to tell us right away if your landlord is chasing you for a housemates missed rent. If they still don’t pay, then we will step in, cover the outstanding rent and then pursue the tenant for what they owe. We will recover all costs from the defaulter.
Is it really only £99?
Yes! Yes it is. We provide a full year’s guarantee for a flat, one time fee of £99. There’s no hidden costs, no unexpected charges. Simple, straightforward rent guarantees.
